I. MAIN PURPOSE Plan, organize and supervise daily maintenance activities in order to enhance the efficiency of operations, quality of service provided and the implementation of safe assignment procedures. II. PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES Supervise maintenance staff by determining workloads and schedules. 通过决定工作量和时间表来监督管理员工. KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: · EDUCATION/PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS - University degree in mechanical or electrical engineering - English language (Advanced level) - Computer literacy · WORK EXPERIENCE (Specify length and type/areas) - At least 8 years working in maintenance area and 3+ more in supervision position - Good knowledge for machine repair · BEHAVIOURAL ATTRIBUTES - Good communication skills - Organizational skills - Team working - Results oriented - Committed & hard working
