Job Title: Production Supervisor 生产主管 Reports to: Production Manager Location: Guangzhou I. MAIN PURPOSE Develop and maintain production processes in consistency with company policy and objectives in order to ensure timely production of finished goods that meet quality and specifications requirements. II. PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES · Supervise the coolers’ production according to the daily production plan, in order to ensure compliance with the schedule and on-time delivery.根据每日生产计划监督冷柜的生产，以确保与计划保持一致并准时发货。 · Supervise all production staff so as to monitor the quality of their work and their productivity while recommending improvements in production flow or methods.管理一线生产员工，监督其工作质量及产能，并提出合理化的工作改进方法。 · Establish short-term activities directed toward production continuity and balance: shift schedules, ensuring requisition of materials, machine loading and grievance resolution. · Participate in the recruitment & selection process for all production staff so as to ensure their suitability for each position and their compatibility with the existing staff.生产员工的招聘及筛选，确保招到适合岗位的人员。 · Co-operate with the maintenance department so as to ensure the smooth operation of all the machinery in the production department at all times.和维修部门共同协作，以确保生产机器的正常运行。 · Monitor the compliance with the health & safety regulations within the production area so as to minimize the possibility of accidents. 与安全及健康法规保持一致，以减少工伤事故的发生。 · Coordinate and integrate with other plant function areas to ensure support in attaining output, productivity and quality.协助其他部门，确保提高生产的产量、产能及产品质量。 · Continuously monitor the production area and assist the Production Manager in solving all daily production related issues.保持对生产区域的监控，并协助生产经理处理日常生产的相关事宜。 · Co-operate with other departments in order to examine new ways of increasing productivity and quality so as to propose and introduce new solutions and improvement.和其他部门保持良好的协作，寻找提高产能及质量的方法。

工资10-18K III. KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: l Bachelor’s degree with major in electricity/ mechanical/ engineering, cooling will be a plus. 本科以上学历 l At least 8-year working experience in production area and at least 3-year in supervisor position in manufacturing company. 至少五年以上工作经验，至少2年在制造业的管理经验 l Good at oral and written English. 熟练掌握英语 l Familiar with Microsoft Office. 熟悉办公软件。 l Team work and good communication skills. 团队合作，良好的沟通能力 l Strong sense of quality and continuous improvement.
