所属部门Department：制造部Production Group 岗位名称Position Title：经理Manager 岗位定员Position quota：1人 直接上级Report to：副总经理/总经理 岗位概述Position summary： 负责总体制造（制造/生技）业务展开与推进。确保年度目标完成，推进整体制造能力（业务能力/改善能力）向上提升。 Responsible for general(Production management/Production engineering) bussiness management & development.Make sure to achieve yearly target, pushing overall level (production capacity & process improvement). 岗位职责Responsibilities： 1.制造（制造/生技）业务总体管理（日常生产/故障排除/技术改善等） Manage general production group (production/production engineering) 2.部门年度业务目标（KPI）作成/展开/进度跟进/报告 Responsible for Group yearly objectivity prepare/following/report 3.公司年度KPI作成/汇总/报告 Responsible for monthly KPI prepare/summary report 4.与其他部门业务沟通与联络 Make communication with related department 5.负责与外部公司（日本以及Webasto其他相连等公司）沟通与联络 Make communication with WJC&Other Webasto comyany on the external business

任职要求Job Requirements： （1）教育水平Education： 本科以上学历Bachelor's degree or above. （2）工作经验Experience： 8年以上相关工作经验Over eight-year work experience at production management. （3）专业要求Major in： 机械制造等相关专业为佳Engineering major is perferred. （4）技能要求Skills： 熟悉制造管理，生产工艺，现场改善Similar with production management/production process/process improvement； 了解APQP/PPAP/FEMA等品质管理工具Know quality management methods. 熟悉操作计算机办公软件Familiar with computer office software. （5）外语要求Foreign Language：英文熟练（商务水平），懂日语尤佳。 Fluent English(business level) Japanese is a plus. （6）其他要求（Other requirements） 责任心强能承受压力Can work under press and responsibility； 有较强的团队管理能力和领导力，良好的人际沟通技巧，以及分析和解决问题的能力High level of team management and leadership skills.Good communication skill,analysis and solving problem skills.
