Position Title: 维修经理Maintenance Manager Reports to (Position): 制造部经理/Manufacturing Manager Department: 制造部/Manufacturing Dept Location: 广州/Guangzhou Positions reporting directly to this position: 维修工程师 Maintenance Engineer Position Purpose (Describe briefly in 3-5 lines why this position is needed and the unique contribution it makes to the Company.) ? 负责公司设备/设施的预防维护及故障维修 In charge of machine and facilities preventive maintenance and broken-down repair. ? 负责建筑物的维修及所有安装工作 Supervise all necessary actions for the upkeep of building or installation. ? 建立及应用作业指导书及程序 Define and apply the instructions and procedures. ? 督导和协调工厂内有关EHS事宜 Supervise and coordinate the actions of setting in compliance of EHS policy of the site. Major Responsibilities (List all the key tasks (preferably 5-7) which the incumbent is responsible for.) MANAGEMENT: ? 管理维修部的日常工作确保拉挤线、机加工设备、锻压机、镀锌线、热处理线及公共设施的正常运行。当发生故障时，在最短的时间内提供配件并修复设备。 Manage the work of maintenance department to ensure Fibergalss line, machining equipment, forge machine, galvanization line, heat treatment line and public facilities smoothly running, breakdown service and an assistance of the machines and materials within the shortest time. ? 管理预防维护及配件。 Manage preventive maintenance and spare parts needed. ? 对购买设备或材料等固定资产的投资发表关于技术性方面的意见。 Express a technical opinion compared to the investment regard the purchases of new materials or machine. 参与预算制定; Participate in drafting the book of charges; 负责和协调新设备/材料的安装调试； Ensure and coordinate the installation of new materials or machines; 应对提高产品质量和降低成本的要求改良设备。 Propose and set up the improvement of machine to improve product quality and/or reduce costs. ? 管理下属 Manage staff 借助于工作周报，管理维修人员的工作效率； Control maintenance people productivity by the means of work and weekly sheet; 管理维修人员的提升及职业发展； Manage the career and the promotion of maintenance people; 建立维修人员的培训需求。 Define the needs for training his personnel. GENERAL SERVICES: ? 维护配电系统、空压机、空调系统、建筑物等确保其维持要求的高质量状态。 Ensures maintenance of electric power, air compressors, air conditioner, buildings on high quality level. ? 跟踪水、电、油或气的费用 Follow-up the invoice of water, electricity, diesel oil/gas. ? 参与分析供应商的报价。 Participate the analysis of quotations from the subcontractors (maintenance of the buildings and site). HYGIENE AND SAFETY: ? 安排、实施消防培训及紧急救援。 Plan and implement fire training and first aid. ? 控制供应商在工厂内的活动以确保其活动不会影响本公司员工、其他供应商或参观者的健康、安全和福利。 Control the activities of Contractors to ensures they carry out their undertakings while on site in such a manner that it does not affect the Health, Safety and Welfare of employee's, other Contractors, Visitors or members of public. ? 集中管理有用的文件Centralize any useful document. ? 通知管理层与安全有关的重要信息。 Inform Management of all significant information relating to safety. ? 当意外事故发生时，组织召开会议并提出解决方案。 Organise meeting regard as accidents, propose solutions. ? 接收新设备或材料 Incept new machines or materials. ? 会见外部组织/机构，接待其参观。 Meet external organizations and take part in the visits. ? 控制并参与员工关于安全方面的培训。 Control and take part in staff training regard as safety (whose exercises of evacuation). Internal: 生产/Production, 技术/Technical、质量/QA, 人事/HR, 财务/Finance External: 供应商/Supplier Requirements (Specify the required academic/ professional/ technical qualifications, work experience, knowledge/ skills, language and personality traits needed by the incumbent to perform the job.) Qualifications: 大专或以上学历，自动化、电气或机电一体化/College or above, major in Automation, Electrical or Electromechanical Experience: 5年或以上维修工作经验，其中至少二年外企工作经验 /Over 5 years of working experience in maintenance, and at least two years of experience in a foreign enterwise

Professional/ Specific Skills (management, technical, etc): ☆ Sound knowledge and experience in production equipment and public facilities repair & maintenance, especially the experience in glass fiber line, machining equipment, forge machine, galvanization line, heat treatment line, air compressor, air conditioner, forklift, fire system and so on. 良好的生产设备和公共设施保养、维修方面的工作经验，特别是拉挤线、机加工设备、锻压机、镀锌线、热处理线、空压机、空调、叉车、消防系统等。 ☆ Sound knowledge in PLC, automation control system, mechanical mechanism, hydraulic circuit and pneumatic equipment. 对PLC、自动化控制系统、机械装置、液压和气动回路有良好的认识与了解。 ☆Good knowledge and experience in equipment and maintenance management, set up well total productive maintenance program as well as spare parts stock to minimize machine stop time and maintenance cost. 对设备与维修工作的管理具备良好的知识及经验，能建立很好的全员生产维护备件管理方面。 ☆ Develop, purchase as well as improve, modify equipment to meet with the requirements of developing new product, improve product quality, increasing productivity and ensuring safety. 能应发展新产品、改善产品质量、提高生产率、改善安全等需要发展、购买新设备及改良、改装现有的设备。 ☆ Good knowledge and experience in safety, health and environment and familiar with national & regional laws and regulations. 对安全、健康和环保具有很好的知识与技能，并且熟知国家和地方的相关法律、规范。 ☆ Good spoken, read and written English and PC skills. 良好的英语说、读、写能力及电脑技能。 ☆ The knowledge in 5S, lean and six sigma will be preferred. 对5S，精益和6-sigma有较好了解者将获优先考虑。
