職位:Inventory Control Planner
Key Responsibilities
o Projection & ordering products from HKDC and various suppliers (overseas and local).
o Monitoring on slow moving, dead stock and excess inventory.
o Promotion allocation and scheduling and follow up the leftover.
o Manage product code dates and work with DC for ensuring FIFO practiced
o Communicate with customers and report timely on any delays/non conformities and conflicts in case of plan changes, unavailability of product or resources, with remedial solutions
o Maintain appropriate inventory level to meet customer's sales and achieve key performance index (KPI) such as target inventory days
o Take part in regular physical inventory count together with Centre and Finance and Accounting Teams to ensure stock accuracy
o Liaise with vendors and shipping lines and ensure the import and export documents and requirements are processed and met in compliance with government's rules and regulations
o Monitor the performance of vendors and suppliers
Key Accountabilities
o Ensure appropriate supplies and stock levels minimal yet adequate, and right product quality are maintained to meet customer needs
o Ensure a decent inventory planning cycle from sending orders to the suppliers to products being received and stored in the warehouse and an efficient product supply pattern are in place
o To meet the relevant KPIs as established.
Qualification
o Bachelor degree in Purchasing and Supply, Inventory Control, Shipping Studies or related disciplines
o 4years relevant purchasing and inventory control experience.Exposure to the fast food chain industry or a supplies system with a large number of small volume store keeping units preferred.
o Good command of spoken and written Cantonese, English and Mandarin. Good interpersonal skills. Strong customers focus with functional skills on planning, efficient on execution, responsive and good analytical mindset
o High compliance - Logical, strong numerical sense, work accurately with close attention to detail
o Committed, pleasant, team-spirited and enthusiastic at work
o Fast learner, creative and flexible in a time sensitive environment; able to challenge and also provide suggestion/guidance

- 管理供应商按照标准要求处理发票等单据,并确保相关数据的准确性。
- 对销售数据进行分析和汇总。

- 管理公司LSOS(Logistics Service Operating System)各模块的数据和资料的准确性。
- 向用户和供应商提供有效的数据和报告,以促进信息在整个供应链中的传递。
- 依靠高科技、新的管理理念,新方法以提高服务质量,改良工作程序和减少运作成本。
- 协助经理完成有关项目的工作
任職要求:
- 本科以上学历,供应链管理、统计学、财务会计或相关专业优先考虑。
- 3年以上相关工作经验,其中有1年以上担任主管岗位。
- 良好的中英文沟通能力,国、粤语均能顺畅沟通。
- 熟练操作OFFICE办公软件及中文视窗操作。
- 良好的人际关系、沟通能力、客服意识和管理能力。
- 对数字敏感,具 数据处理天赋。
- 个性独立、开朗,具责任心和团队协作精神。
