At the same time, recruit, train subordinates as well as motivate them to ensure production smoothly and continuous improvement achieved. Major Responsibilities (List all the key tasks (preferably 5-7) which the incumbent is responsible for.) ☆ 管理、招聘、培训下属并激励和发展下属/Manage subordinates and, recruit, train, discipline as well as motivate and develop subordinates； ☆负责机加工车间员工的安全与健康，确保员工在健康和安全的环境下工作/Responsible for DBPG shop personal health & safety, ensure personnel working in a health & safe manner； ☆ 管理机加工车间的日常生产，确保设定的产能和交货计划的达成/Manage DBPG shop daily production and ensure a desired output and scheduled delivery achieved； ☆ 与质量部及计划部保持紧密沟通以确保准时交付客户符合质量标准的正确的产品/Liaise closely with QA and Planning Department to ensure right product dispatched with the right quality standards on time； ☆ 记录机加工生产线的生产率、质量、稼动率和停机时间等并提交每天的生产日报和月度报表/Record DBPG shop productivity, quality, yield, downtime and deliver daily and monthly reports as well as metrics； ☆ 严格控制成品质量和原料报废，确保成品的质量和原材料的报废在指定的标准。如果发生质量问题，会同相关人员解决问题并跟踪其效果，同时，应对岗位和技能要求培训本车间员工/ Strictly control finishing product quality and raw materials scrap, ensure finish product quality as well as materials scrap at designed level. If quality issues arising, work with relevant person to solve them and track the effect. At the same time, train punch shop personnel toward to their skills needed； ☆ 与工艺工程师、质量部等人员一起，应用6 Sigma和精益等工具，持续地改善制造工艺，开发生产技术以提高生产效率、产品质量和降低运作成本/Work together with process engineer, QA department and others, apply with Six Sigma, Lean manufacturing and so on, strive to improve manufacturing process and explore production techniques to increase productivity, improve products quality as well as reduce operational costs continuously； ☆ 与工艺工程师、组长一起，建立模具、夹具的维护机制、备件库存并定期补充，以确保模具、夹具的正常工作和生产的顺利进行，同时控制成本在预算内/Work together with process engineer and line leader to establish tooling/fixture maintenance procedure and regulation, spare part stock and their supplement to ensure tooling/fixture running normal and production smoothly, at the same time, control cost within budget； ☆ 与维修部一起建立设备的预防维护机制并执行/Work with maintenance department to establish equipment preventative maintenance procedure as well as implement the procedure； ☆ 与技术部密切配合，确保新产品及其制造工艺的顺利投产和实施/Work closely with Technician department to launch new products and manufacturing processes； ☆ 保持现场良好的5S以保持或提高机加工车间员工的健康、安全和福利/Keep DBPG shop good housekeeping and maintain and/or improve the health, safety and welfare of employees； ☆ 协助准备机加工车间的预算并控制其花费在预算之内/Assist in budget preparation for DBPG shop and control DBPG shop expense within budget； ☆ 参与客户现场参观/Participate in on-site customer visits； ☆ 其它指派的任务/Other duties may be assigned as required.

Qualifications: 本科或以上学历，机械或机电一体化专业/B.S degree or above, major in Mechanical Engineering or Electromechanical Experience: 3年或以上机加工生产管理和/或锻压、镀锌、热处理工作经验/Over 3 years of working experience in machining management and/or forge, galvination, heat treatment experience Professional/ Specific Skills (management, technical, etc): ☆ 对机加工产品和材料如钢棒、钢管等及加工工艺流程有良好的认识与了解/sound knowledge in machining product and material for steel bar, steel tube, etc. At the same time, know well about machining process； ☆ 理解产品图纸和相关技术规范、要求，并指导下属按照相关技术规范和要求工作/Well understand product drawing and technical specifications & requirements, and supervise subordinate to implement their work according to technical specifications & requirements； ☆ 对机加工夹具、锻压模具有良好的理解与并能维护、修理/Sound knowledge in maching fixture, forge tooling and can repair or maintain the toolfixture； ☆ 理解机加工设备及其附属装置工作原理与基本操作，如CNC车床、多轴加工机、锻压设备等/Know well how machining equipment and their associated mechanism work, for example CNC lathe, multiple shafts rotary machine, forge machine and so on； ☆ 对品质控制分析方法特别是过程控制有良好的理解，并督导下属严格执行品质控制流程以确保产品质量/Good knowledge in quality control and method analysis, and supervise subordinate to strictly implement quality control procedure to ensure product quality at desired level； ☆ 对锻压、镀锌和热处理有很好经验的将优先考虑/Good knowledge and experience in forge, galvanization and heat treatment will be advantage； ☆ 良好的计划和组织协调能力，能根据实际需要安排、调整生产班次、设备和人员等/Good planning and organizing ability, arrange and re-arrange shifts, machines, people and so on based on practice requirements； ☆良好的人员管理、团队和组织建设能力，能督导员工高效、能动地工作以达成设定的目标/Proven management and supervisoy, team-building and organizational abilities, can supervise and motivate people working with high effeciency to achieve desired goals； ☆ 对6Sigma和精益生产有一定了解/Knowledge in Six Sigma and Lean Manufacturing； ☆ 对5S、全面生产预防维护、换线时间减少等方面有一定知识和了解/Sound Knowledge in 5S, TPM, Set up Reduction and so on； ☆ 良好的英语特别是写作方面/Good English especially in written； ☆ 良好的电脑技能，最少在Excel 和Word方面/ PC literate, particularly with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.)
