" B.S degree or above, major in Chemical, High Polymer Material or Mechanical " Over 8 years of working experience in Production Management, Manufacturing Process, Leaning and Six Sigma " Good technical knowledge and experience in chemistry or pultrusion and/or metal " Good team-building and organizational abilities " Comfortable in high technology, multi-shift, manufacturing environment " Proven management and supervisory abilities " PC literate, particularly with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.) " Fluent in English and Chinese, both written and spoken.
