1.EHS Spr. Directly Report: China EHS Manager Dotted Line Report: Site Plant Manager Supervision: One (Plant Corporate Doctor) Position Summary Assist in establishing and promoting the maintenance of safe and healthy working conditions and recommend measures to reduce or eliminate industrial incidents/health hazards and damage to the environment. Ensures sustainable compliance with environment and OSHA regulations. EHS professional possesses and applies a broad knowledge of EHS principles, practices and procedures. Works with all lever person and managing team on unusual matters. Responsibilities ? Develops and implements cost-effective EHS programs that ensure compliance with federal, state and local regulations, and company policies relating to the environment. ? Obtain all required permits for the processes, equipment or discharges generated at the facility. ? Maintains a recordkeeping system so that the facility is capable of verifying compliance with all applicable regulations. ? Submits all required reports to the regulatory agencies on a timely basis. ? Promptly addresses enforcement issues, accidents and control device malfunctions with the assistance of corporate EHS and legal. ? Develops and implements proactive programs designed to reduce workers?? compensation costs, injuries and illnesses. ? Provides technical expertise to manufacturing, engineering and facilities personnel in evaluating the environmental, safety and health aspects of manufacturing processes, chemical use and building design. ? Develops and provides environmental, safety and health training programs to ensure employee knowledge and understanding of safety and environmental regulations and requirements. ? Performs other related duties incidental to the work described herein.

Job Knowledge & Skills Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in EHS. Advanced degree preferred. Over three years of experience required. Thorough knowledge of EHS regulations. Understanding of EHS reports. Knowledge of ISO14001 and OSHA management systems. Strong written and oral English and communication skills. Proficient in computer software applications.
