Title: Mgr of Production(athletic) General Position Description: The role of Product Development Manager drives our footwear development process from concept tech package to commercialization. Will actively manage and engineer prototypes through to commercialization while working directly with USA DP and Asia Product Groups (pattern engineering, model shop, sample room, material vendors and costing) to drive the tech package process and ensure products meet or exceed our quality standards. Take active responsibility for generating and communicating ideas regarding the engineering, materials and pricing principles that enhance footwear performance and overall value to our products.

Requirements 1) Bachelor??s Degree 2) More than 10 years experience in product development of athletic footwear 3) Advanced knowledge of product development and manufacturing processes 4) Excellent communication and organization skills 5) Travel to USA (2 times/year) Required Salary Range:13-20RMB after-tax Report to Senior director
